If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the item/items. Returns must be reported within 14 business days of original purchase date.

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS include: sale items, door-busters, preorders, jewelry, swimwear, + accessories.

The customer is responsible for the return postage and we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides tracking information as Creekbank Boutique will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once we receive the return please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed.
